postcards, rain and jaded cities

my week off from the monotonous nerve grinding of the last few months.
posing as braindead tourist in my own town. lovely, rainy rouen.


and then i had to take my friends to paris. 3 whole days in the city of love! painfully suffocated by his withered pompousness ..ness. miming awe and extatic admiration in front of every golden roof, statue or mural decoration. stumbling along his tired veins, clogged with fellow tourists. paris, the babylon of our days ...

anyway. i'm back. it's been a week away from muse. i thought it was enough to get their stupid music out of my system. but it looks like i have a bad case of addiction. i won't worry, time will eventually take the edge off. it always does.
